Yes, there are a number of other really cool features that hoverboards come with. Bluetooth speakers, built in apps, LED lights, and multiple riding modes to name a few. But with the issues that the industry faced in early 2016 related to battery malfunction and explosions, you can't deny that safety is the number one concern. Here's a list of the Best Hoverboards in 2016 that are up to date with current safety standards.
With that said, the only way to measure safety is by UL certification. This is the new standard that was put in place by the CPSC after 500,000 hoverboards were recalled for battery issues. Essentially, the lithium ion batteries used were not quality made, and led to many issues.
The above image shows what a UL 2272 certification looks like. You should check for this stamp on the packaging of your hoverboard to make sure that it is up to date with current safety protocols. Also, check for a similar holographic UL logo on the bottom of your hoverboard.
The testing that is required to receive UL 2272 certification is intense, it's enough to convince the largest retailers to carry hoverboards in their store once again (most major retailers dropped all hoverboards from their stores after the major recall in early 2016).
Ultimately, if you cover all the bases on safety, you should have no issue confidently buying an awesome hoverboard!

I truly like you're composing style, incredible data, thankyou for posting. notchq.com
